Meet the Dhaba Chefs - the creators of every succulent dish made at the Dhaba. Faizal Junus (Executive Chef) oversees the overall operation of Dhaba. He makes several dishes but is known for his award winning Tandoori seafood shorba. Salma Junus is the creator of 75% of the items on Dhaba's menu and is the heart and soul of Dhaba. Nikhil Thakur is a talented chef that specializes in North Indian dishes and is known for his Butter Chicken and Tandoori dishes. Finally, Subair Mohideen will be joining the Dhaba staff team as our Sous Chef specializing in South Indian cuisine. There you have it - the Dhaba Chefs!!
